I’ve got a train to catch

bags

My train is in two hours and it’s starting to rain. I’m both nervous and excited, although the shaking could be attributed to the huge caffeine intake I’ve had over the past few days.

I feel like I’ve done this before, when I moved to Plymouth for Uni I left everything behind and now I’m doing it again.

I honestly don’t feel like I will miss anything in the town, apart from my family (which should be taken in small does anyway), there are so many little things that I’m looking forward to as well as the obvious big things.

I’ve been working on my own for so long, relying only on my own judgement. Being part of a team all working towards the same goal will be awesome.

I look back at how bloody awful last month was, everything seemed to be working against me. It’s funny how everything can switch, when you’ve got a good thing going for you every crisis seems like an opportunity. I’m a very up and down kind of person.

I may well be without a connection for a few days. Being the expert at traveling light that I am, the Beast is staying at home. For the next month or so I’ll be Macbook only (which means very little DoD)

Expect sporadic photos on flickr and bulletins on myspace, I’ll be back soon with a fat 24mb connection!

Edit (1 hour later)
I just got my transcript through in the mail, I passed my degree with Honors!!
