Turn any page into an RSS feed

I found a couple of very useful webpages this morning whilst I was browsing around:
Both of which are very useful information that is updated on a regular basis, and the perfect way to consume those would be RSS or ATOM, unfortunately neither of those pages have any kind of RSS feed.
So after those two pages didn’t have rss on them I went looking for an easy way to put some on, and found loads!
Google Search: “rss from any page”
It’s hard to tell what will work the best until there are updates to those pages but here are some of the ones I’m trying out:
For example:
Over to you
I’ve setup and subscribed to a number of those services to see what the results are like but I’m wondering if anyone else has gone through this before.
Has anyone tried out any of these services before? Which is the best? Did I miss any out? Or is there a better way to check for updates on a page?

I’ve used Feeds43.com before and found it quite good. It’s fairly simple and well explain, but also a lot more advanced than the others I tried, which were a bit too simple for my needs.

I’ve used feed43 a few times and it works well enough. If you want to do fun feed mashup, mix the feed makers with pipes.yahoo.com.

Some services actually kind of work, I have tried http://www.wotzwot.com/ and combined it with Yahoo pipes, it’s actually quite powerful. Recently I was trying to make a feed for Toothpastefordinner.com but found out that the author is actively against such thing. However I am still interested in finding if it is possible, more for educational purposes than anything else because nothing I tried worked.
